Position Profile
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and a passion for customer service and sales.  To help you thrive in your new position Peak Performance Products Inc. will provide you with an extensive training program, an excellent support structure, solid earning potential (base + commission) and a benefits package after 3 months of employment.

If you are goal-oriented, demonstrate initiative, poses good judgment, are able to work with minimal supervision, and are willing to accept new challenges, this position is for you!

Job Description


  • Manage designated account list and hit revenue targets
  • Identify, develop and qualify sales leads to generate new business
  • Respond to prospect questions and perceived challenges
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision makers.
  • Update CRM tool and sales pipeline
  • Utilize product and industry knowledge to sell and create value for customers
  • Assist front office with order entry when needed
  • Attend trade shows, educational seminars, and sales meetings as required
Skills & Experience


  • Fluently Bilingual – French/English (oral and written) communication skills
  • Knowledge of health products (vitamins, herbs, sports nutrition)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a performance-based sales environment.
  • Adept at listening to and understanding customer needs
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Track record for generating sales opportunities and closing deals
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to handle high volume of phone calls daily
  • Experience managing pipeline and CRM
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook) and Internet search tools
  • Knowledge of Social media
